Shipping & Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to sort out.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free across Hong Kong and India. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Most orders arrive within 2 weeks. During busy periods, allow a little extra time. If your order is time-sensitive, write to us at order@mirkash.com before placing it and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties on arrival. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return your bag for a full refund. No long explanations needed — just let us know.
To be eligible, the bag must be unused and returned in its original packaging, with the box, dust bag, and all inserts included. Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend a tracked and insured service — we can’t take responsibility for items lost on their way back to us.
To start a return, visit our returns portal or write to order@mirkash.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the bag, your refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your original order and place a new one at your convenience.
Warranty
Every Mir Kash bag is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — stitching, hardware, structural issues. If something isn’t right, write to us at order@mirkash.com. We’ll assess it and either repair or replace it.
The warranty does not cover wear from regular use, accidental damage, or misuse.
