Every order ships from Hong Kong by tracked express. Orders leave within 1–3 business days and arrive within 10 business days of the shipping date, depending on your country. Shipping is free in Hong Kong and charged by region elsewhere, shown in your currency at checkout:

• Hong Kong: free, 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Asia-Pacific: USD 20, 2–4 business days after dispatch
• North America: USD 30, 3–5 business days after dispatch
• UK & Europe: USD 30, 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Middle East: USD 30, 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Rest of world: USD 40, 4–7 business days after dispatch

Duties and import taxes are included in the price at checkout; however, if additional charges are imposed at the receiving country’s customs, the customer is liable to pay them.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If your order is time-sensitive, write to order@mirkash.com before placing it.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery if the bag is unused, with its dust bag and Mir Kash box. Items showing signs of use can’t be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service. Send it to our Hong Kong office: Guardforce Centre, 03 Hok Yuen Street, Hung Hom, Hong Kong.

Start a return via our returns portal or email order@mirkash.com with your order number. Refunds of the item price are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Shipping fees and duties already paid to customs are not refunded. If your bag arrives faulty or is the wrong item, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Limited-edition and hand-painted pieces are final sale.

Every Mir Kash bag is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — stitching, hardware, structural issues. Write to order@mirkash.com and we’ll assess it, then repair or replace it.

The warranty does not cover wear from regular use, accidental damage, or misuse.
